Dia del taco

We all love tacos, especially with flavorful and tender birria beef inside! Everyday is a great day to celebrate them, but “Dia del Taco”, Mexico’s national day for chowing down on tacos, made a lot of sense for promoting this new and exciting recipe with Plainview students. Served with seasoned Mexican black beans, fresh cucumber with zesty lemon & chili, and a warm smile from one of our cafeteria staff, students enjoyed the day of tacos in all its deliciousness.
