Vitamin b day

Vitamin C gets lots of attention and for good reason, but we can’t live without the “B”, either! This day’s menu was Vitamin B packed, ensuring all students who ate got a real boost to their metabolisms!

A “Vitamin B themed” salad bar was provided, containing nutrient dense foods like hard boiled eggs, yogurt, bananas, mandarin oranges, & a creamy caramel apple fruit dip. Vitamin B dense entrees like Chili w/Cornbread Poppers and Red Pork Pozole were enjoyed by all.
