Comin’ in hot, International Hot & Spicy Foods day to Plainview ISD! It’s well known that PISD students like things spicy, so we took this opportunity to provide a flame-throwing menu at each level. Popcorn chicken tossed in Caribbean Jerk dry rub, Spicy Chicken Pizza, and the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich were enjoyed with baked buffalo cauliflower and honey sriracha sweet potato as students felt the burn in their lips. New spices, flavors, and forms of heat — “Milk never tasted so good!”
